This standout natural lot comes to life thanks to Monpi Coffee — a dedicated miller and exporter based in both Goroka and Mt. Hagen, the heart of PNG’s coffee highlands. Working with the Kindeng Wet Mill, Monpi carefully hand-selected ripe cherry and skipped the usual depulping to dry it whole — a slow, month-long process in Jiwaka’s cool climate. After drying, the coffee is hulled at Monpi’s Kagamuga dry mill and fully prepared for export in Goroka.
