Grown at El Triunfo, a family-owned farm in Planadas, Tolima, this coffee is produced by Camilo Enciso and Adriana Marรญa Franco. Since 2014, the Enciso Franco family has focused on specialty, single-variety lots grown at 1,850โ1,950 MASL, with Adriana leading agronomy and post-harvest work to craft expressive microlots with clarity, sweetness, and depth.
This Bourbon was processed naturally. Selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness, the cherries were floated to remove defects, then fermented whole in aerobic conditions. Slow, controlled drying on raised beds preserved fruit intensity and bright acidity, highlighting the distinct character of the Bourbon variety.
