Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and carefully sorted to remove defects. The coffee is sun-dried on raised beds under controlled conditions to achieve ideal moisture content. This microlot is 100% Caturra, a high-yielding, disease-resistant variety derived from Red Bourbon.
