This coffee bursts with juicy plum sweetness, wrapped in a creamy, walnut-like body that keeps each sip smooth and satisfying.

Grown by Hoyler and Octavio of the Cooperativa Agraria Pumurco Los Páramos, this lot comes from a cooperative that celebrated a big milestone in 2025, earning organic certification for 60 of its producers.

After harvest, the cherries take a dip in clean water to weed out any defects, then rest through a 12 to 24 hour pre fermentation before being depulped. Another 12 to 24 hours of fermentation follows, and the coffee is finally spread out on patios to dry, turned often and with care to ensure an even, polished finish in the cup.
