Espresso is certainly not espresso. That is why we offer two distinct styles to suit everyones palate. Our Midnight Mosaic is created in a Southern Italian fashion, or "West Coast" style as we refer to it. This is a dark, punchy espresso with excellent body to cut through the milk-based drinks. It presents a thick syrupy bitersweetness and prominent chocolate notes. This is a bold espresso but not overdone. Nuanced flavors dominate this fresh-roasted blend giving it World-class character
