Every decaf coffee we offer will be the highest grade Water Processed (WP) beans that are delicately roasted to preserve all of the rich and subtle flavors that define quality coffee. Decaf has gotten a "bad rap" mostly due to inferior processing, as well as improper roasting. You won't feel like you are sacrificing anything with our decaf...well except some sleepless nights.
