The ultimate in coffee freshness!  Experts agree that coffee loses half its flavor and aroma in as little as two weeks.  As a unique service to our customers, every Saturday between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, we will be offering coffee roasted-to-order at our roasterie in Irvine.  You can select a green (raw) bean variety from any of our currently available coffees, which are 100% sustainable (Organic, Fair Trade, etc.), and we will craft-roast it for you on the spot, while you wait.  It takes about 10 mins and you will leave with a bag, or two, of the freshest, best tasting coffee in Orange County, anywhere - guaranteed!  No other roaster is offering this kind of personal and custom approach to fresh-roasted coffee and the wonderful flavor essences and aroma will make the difference quite obvious.
